PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated November 2, 2026

EZB Logistics ("EZB," "we," "us") operates the freight coordination platform at ezblogistics.com, including its load board, carrier onboarding, compliance vault, and dispatch tools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

What we collect depends on how you use the platform.

  • Shippers and freight enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipment type, and the details of the loads you post, including origin, destination, commodity, weight, dates, and rate.
  • Carriers: your name, email address, phone number, company name, MC/DOT number, equipment type, and years of experience.
  • Compliance documents: files you upload such as MC authority, certificates of insurance, W-9s, voided checks, and notices of assignment, along with any expiry dates and notes you provide.
  • Account credentials: your email address and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from Google. We never receive your Google password.
  • Correspondence: messages you send us, and emails you paste into the load intake tool.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When you use the platform we record standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you visit, and the times you visit. We use this to keep the service running, secure it, and understand how it is used.

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the platform that require a login will stop working.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To post loads, present them on the load board, and connect carriers with freight.
  • To contact you about a load, an enquiry, a claim, or your account.
  • To verify carrier authority and insurance, and to track compliance document expiry.
  • To operate the dispatch console, tracking links, and carrier performance records.
  • To send you service emails such as load details, compliance reminders, and account notices.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with the law.

AI PROCESSING

The load intake tool uses an AI service to read a freight email and pre-fill load details for a dispatcher to review. The text you paste is sent to that provider for processing. AI output is always shown as a draft that a person reviews before anything is posted, and it is never used to make an automated decision about your credit, eligibility, or access to the platform.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the platform:

  • Service providers that host the application and database, deliver email, and process AI requests on our behalf.
  • Carriers and shippers — limited to what is needed to move a load. Shipper contact details are shared with the carrier awarded that load, and carrier details with the shipper.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, and authorities where required by law, or to enforce our Terms of Service or protect someone's safety.
  • A successor entity if the business is merged, acquired, or its assets transferred.

DOCUMENT SECURITY

Compliance documents are stored privately. They are not publicly accessible and are served only through short-lived signed links to authorized users. Load tracking links are token-based and can be revoked at any time by a dispatcher.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur, but we limit access to your information to those who need it to do their jobs.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep account and load records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to satisfy tax, insurance, and transportation recordkeeping requirements. Compliance documents are kept while the carrier relationship is active and for the period our insurers and regulators require. Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted within roughly two years.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your account and the personal information in it.
  • Stop sending you marketing email, while still receiving service emails about active loads.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

CHILDREN

The platform is for commercial users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
